The first hour of practice will be rookies only, with a few experienced players to help out. This is a great opportunity for rookies to play against other players at a similar level.

After the first hour, experienced players will get in the pool for the second hour and rookies will be able to jump into the mix and use the skills they worked on during the first hour.

This is a great opportunity to learn how to play the game, we hope you can make it out to a practice.

If you can't make it out to Rookie Sunday, or you don't want to wait, feel free to attend any of our other practices. Rookies are always welcome.
